On Monday 25 of November I requested a billing statement for the month of October (since my bill seems higher than normal) -
After I needed to FAX my request (plus copy of my id) to request something so simple - I received this sms on Monday 25 Nov:
"Dear Customer, Your fax to Vodacom has been received. Your fax reference is S3-T6D22-21TSH. You will be contacted within 1 Working day. Thank You. Vodacom Customer Care 082111.
Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care "
DO NOTE ... "Contacted Within 1 Working day"
By 27 Nov (Wednesday) - I followed up (since I was not contacted within 1 Working day - It was mentioned to me that I would probably get the billing statement the next day
By 29 Nov (Friday) - Still no response - and at 11am I was told that they will get the info at back office and phone me back... it is 14:30pm already
So... what seems to be the problem... I dont know what is worse "empty words" or "no words" at all
What about doing the right thing... even if it is phoning the client and assuring them - their request is being processed... thus keeping the client in the loop.
I want by Billing statement!!!
