I had a simple request for Multichoice (dstv). It was simple... I am going overseas for 2 months and (understandably) do not need my dstv Premium service for those 2 months. My requst to them was simple... please suspend and do not charge me for those 2 months. A perfectly reasonable request I feel. But no, I have had several emails explaining what I have to do to actually get this right and in jargon that i am still not sure that even if i do jump through their hoops, whether this simple request will be followed through. Here is a tip Multichoice... when a long standing, paying customer makes a simple, logical request, just do it!!! Dont send him emails explaining your billing system policy and telling him that he has to re-contact you at some point etc etc... just do it please!
