Disappointing service from my bank

I requested an interest reversal on my credit card which was rejected.
My private banker tried to assist, however i simply received an email stating that my request was rejected, with no reasoning whatsoever. The bank had sent my email statement in November, one day earlier than my normal statement date. This caused a delay in payment of the one day and they proceeded to charge me interest on my large sum owing. I am very disappointed because i have found out that another client of FNB managed to get his incorrect interest reversed, and he did this with the call centre. I am a private banking client and should have at least found more joy in my request. I am extremely disappointed with my bank, with whom i have been for a collective 12 year now...
