Purchased a blackberry cell c phone

I purchased a blackberry cell phone in December 2012.
The phone was freezing and did not allow me to answer calls and when i make calls i cannot hear the person.
I took the phone back in February and CNA said they will send it to Cell c to have it checked.
I told them if it is going to be repaired i will not accept the phone and i want a brand new phone.
CNA called me 1 month later to tell me the phone is ready when i went to collect my phone they told me they repaired it and theres nothing they can do. They refused to give me a brand new phone that i purchased cash.
They said cell c will not replace the phone.

I want CNA to give me a brand new phone.
