To Whom It May Concern : 15/11/2012 MTN phoned me offering a cell phone contract. I told the sales consultant that I would consider taking two nice numbers. Hour later he phoned offering me two favorable numbers. On the 17/11/2012 the courier company delivered the phone. On phoning MTN to activate numbers I was told that the computer generates numbers and it was not possible to be given numbers. I informed them what had transpired, they apologized and canceled the contract. 3 months later they were still debiting my account! Once again after many frustrating phone calls I was told that the account was closed. I then went to my bank and stopped the debit order. 15/07/2013 I decided to take a contract with CellC, I was told I could not open a account due to the fact that I have been black listed. I then went to the MTN store and spoke to the manager who told me that the account was closed and there was nothing he could do. He told me that I would have to phone the legal department. Once again after numerous hours of been pushed from department to department, I was told there was nothing they could do. Since then I have heard nothing and my credit worthiness has been tainted.
