- I upgraded my headset 2weeks agowith MTN over the phone. I was told delivery in 1week.
- I have been calling and being referred to different people without a solution at the end of the day.
- One agent advised I supplied the wrong address but they delivered the one I am using to the same address.
- I called today and was given a ref # 115096 and a number to call which keeps on ringing.
- My number is 083 574 3423 and mtn pin is 1586.
- i havew to be in CPT next week Thursday for 2months and need that phone before I leave
