On the 20feb my headboard and bed was dispatched from warehouse. The consultant I spoke to said delivery will be on the 27febNo show so I phoned to hear where my goods are and the consultant said it will be delivered on 28feb or 1march. I did change my address with the first consultant and the 4-5 there after and they confirmed my new address.1march my goods was delivered to the old address and the people living their now signed for my goods! I am trying to get my stuff to the right address and every time I phone they have a different story. Yesterday they told me that a request have been put out to pick up my goods from previous address and will be delivered to my new addres this week. This morning when I phoned a rude consultant tells me that she does not know where my goods are and it will most likely take2-4weeks! She said she is only a consultant and have nothing to do with the courier service and will phone me for delivery and they did not do it the first wrong delivery I asked for the tracking number and courier
Service number she told me to hold the line and then cut me off Its been a week almost since my goods should have been here and now it is going to take another 2-4 weeks
