Failed to delive

My wife and I went for our cellphone upgrade with Nashua Mobile on the 03/08/13. I chose the upgrade which consisted of a cellphone and a LED TV and this had to be delivered to our physical address. We were informed by the sales agent that the courier company is RTT and they will deliver the goods on Tuesday 06/08/13, but they will call us the morning to confirm delivery. Tuesday I waited the entire day at home expecting the delivery or a phone call with no luck, after 15:00 that day I decided to leave home because clearly they forgot about us. At 16:00 my wife received a phone call from RTT saying the driver is outside she advised them to come back Thursday because we both are working people and I will take the day off work on Thursday they agreed to this. On Wednesday RTT text me to confirm delivery for Thursday and supplied me with a confirmation number. I stayed at home the entire day and called RTT thrice to confirm whether they would deliver as promised, on all three occasions they said the driver is on his way. Today is Saturday the 10 we still have not received our goods and as a result we cancelled the cellphone contract with Nashua due to failed service delivery.
