On Friday I had 3 parcels being delivered to my wife, one was a DVD for my dad (a1001099001), a PS4 game (a1001074592) and the headset which you gave me the voucher for (a1000906334). Two of the items were delivered to my wife and the last one being the headset (a1000906334) was never delivered. Even after phoning your call centre numerous times and being advised that it was on delivery for Friday, it never came.
I then received a call from one of the agents (I think that his name was Gershawn - He provided excellent service and was able to change an irate customer to a calm customer. So give that man a bells), who advised that the delivery company wanted my residential address as they don't have it??? Really, you guys delivered 2 other parcels to my wife earlier and at 17:00 something on Friday and now you don't have an address??? I was then advised that the parcel would be delivered on Saturday and guess what nothing? What's new here?
I'm getting really getting tired of your guys terrible service Kerri... Please can you let me know what is going on with my headset? This will be the last item I purchase from you guys.
