This is the second issue with my ADSL in two weeks and its exactly the same as the last time. Neotel has never lived up to its promise of 24-48 hour turnaround time. Once again a call was logged on Wednesday the 13th before 10:00 in the morning. At the time of writing, its 15:40 on the 15th of November. No feedback has been given even after two follow up calls!
I am once again highly frustrated as its the weekend, and I know that my issue might only be addressed on Monday maybe Tuesday if I'm lucky, which again puts my ADSL service out for another 5 - 6 days this week for what seems to be another faulty antennae! What on earth am I paying for? A fixed one sided contract for which Neotel are not shy to charge for, but yet also not uphold their part of the agreement?
