Neotel agreed in writing to install an areal free of charge.
Today we suddenly receive an e-mail from Benedict Khumalo of Neotel to say that they are just withdrawing from the contract???
As we are relocating our business this weekend, Neotel are now pulling the rug from under our feet at the last minute, and are not giving any reason, or sufficient time to make alternative arrangements, which will result in us losing business. (Business name is: Promenade Costume Hire).
We thus demand that Neotel uphold the commitments that you have made. Contact Benedict Khumalo of your sales division for the full correspondence.
This entire matter, including the installation of the areal must happen before the end of September.
In our correspondence to Benedict Khumalo we have requested the MD's & ombudsman's details if Neotel do not uphold their end of the deal.
