I took a 5G Data contract out with Neotel about 3 months ago, the router they provided me with worked for a week and then stopped it took Neotel more then 2 weeks to fix this issue, this is a on going thing even the new router keeps loosing the setting and I have to reconfigure the router every 2 days. this is absolute nonsense I want this resolved ASAP. I had a verbal agreement with a gent from Neotel's retentions department the agreement was if this problem is persistent he will terminate this contract at no cost to me. Tulane from Retentions lets see if you can keep to your word.
