Reference number: SREQ_73652569. its been three months now and no resolve
the sales urgent from Neotel on voice recordings in the possesion of neotel to me of the benefits of the contract i signed in for. because of those i could not continue with the contract and i requested that the contract be changed to a prepaid phone as it wont serve my interest anymore. Tshepiso Makhafola promised to get back to me after consultations but its been more than 3 weeks no feedback at all
i am not willing to pay any cancellation fee as i was duped into taking this contract by the sales urgent.
if this issue is not resolved by end of this will i will take this issue up with the ombudsman
if there is anyone who value customers please assist as this is the last time i will afford you the chance to fix the abrnomalities in this case
