As I can see there is so many complaints regarding Neotel and there service... i do not think this will even help complaining about??
We have been paying for a service now for 4 months, changed from telkom to Neotel for a landline and ADSL.
Since then no ADSL?? after 1000's of calls and still no success!!! As long as they get their money every month they do not care if you happy or not?? How do they get away with this??
