What exactly are you billing me for WebAfrica?? How many months am I suppose to complain about my line speed? How many e-mails am I suppose to write you - over and over and over again?
Perhaps you can find a new excuse as to my slow speeds as I am tired of all the old ones (and of all the Telkom technicians) and believe you need to take responsibility for your service and charge me 34% of my current subscription and FIX it - Would YOU be able to operate on such speeds?
