I have been a customer with cell C for over 10 years, I applied to get my contract upgraded and they are saying due to low credit score they will only give me a contract up to R250 yet my Bill comes over R1000 a month and I have not defaulted on my Cell C account. This is poor service and a pathetic way to treat long time customers.
