WebAfrica and Telkom ongoing problems

After having problems with my internet connection and speeds at Telkom, I moved to WebAfrica. So my ADSL line is with Telkom, WebAfrica is my ISP. Still the same problem. I have made numerous calls to WebAfrica complaining about the problems I'm having only to be told they would escalate the fault. Had my line speed changed from 4mb to 2mb and now 1mb speed as I was told the line cant handle the speed. Had Telkom technicians coming out to my place telling me that I should monitor the situation. Even had one of them hit the line with our broom stick. Now if one of thses companies would be so kind as to tell me am I still suppose to monitor. Telkom technicians first assume that customers pc's/routers are faulty, before even going outside to check the box. I changed my pc 4 times, my router 4 times and my pots filter about 3 times. Both companies are eager to get your cash from you but not so eager to assist/sort out the problem. I even had Webafrica tell me they would compensate me for all my problems, and that was like 3 months ago. I"M STILL WAITING. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ALMOST A YEAR. I'M EVEN GONNA PUT U GUYS ON GUMTREE. People must know
