Why get less for more

I've been a loyal Vodacom Contract client for (think about 8 years). I've always renewed my contract at Game because I get a voucher (Always buy a new phone, so don't need a handset with renewal). I started on 2 x week-enders and always got a voucher for R3000 each. Now that I'm on a bigger contract for both (Smart Medium Plan) you stopped giving voucher's to existing customers at Game and Makro. What is the deal here. Is this set in stone, because if so I don't see the need for me to continue with my contract. I'll rather go over to Cell C which is cheaper. Please let me know. My 2 contracts end Jan and Feb 2014, so I need to give a month notice.
