I recently complained to mtn about my slow download speeds after giving them the information requested instead of increasing my download speed the increase my upload speed (can these people even read or write?) i don't need higher upload speeds i need download speed thanks to their incompetence the research documents i need for my studies will take a hole year to download the speed that i now get is less than 1kbps on download and more than 200kbps on upload they should just get rid of the people that don't know what their doing instead of forcing us the consumers to be stuck with utter stupidity get people that actually know what their doing!!!
