Pay, and get no airtame

We are on a prepaid contact. R100 per month with R100 airtime and free sms.

We pay them every month at exact the first but we never get our airtime. We have to call in to the call center, be put through over and over, just to get an answer about they don't know.

This has been happening for 6 months in a row, then finally after a massive fight they send our airtame in an sms format and we need to put it in, but then we must still fight for our sms.

I want this sorted out ASAP, otherwise I will end up taking further actions.
