Virgin mobile seems to be my money

Good Day

For the last 6 months, virgin mobile has been debitting my bank account with R100 extra every month. They seem to be charging me for Blackberry internet service, which i do not have. I have been trying to get it sorted, only to be told by the custer service representative that they will sort it out and refund me the money, but it has never gotten refunded and they just keep taking the R100 a month extra.

Virgin mobile south africa now owes me over R500 but it does not seem that I am getting anywhere, the reason i am posting this is that again this month they've taken another R100 extra off my account for a BIS service that I do not even have.
