I have never seen a bunch of senseless, rude, stinking attitude customer care reps as at Virgin Mobile!
Ihad a terrible experience with Virgin Mobile the contract was ended in 2011, and they kept me on month 2 month. All of a sudden they deduct R587 from my bank account instead of R100. When i call, they tell me i used their R10 airtime when my R100 free airtime was exhaused. I explain that i called early in the year 2 check if the free minutes expire cos i want to save them to call a relative of mine who will be in the US from Aug 2012 until Dec 2012 and they said they do not expire, but accummulate. When i checked the free minutes they gave me an amount of R956, so i was happy, and called.

I told them to terminate the contract, and i was told i have to give them 3 months notice! how do u give 3 months notice on a month to month contract! then they would scream & shout at me! they keep on billing my account & dont give me the free minutes! when i contact their account department they keep me on hold forever...

i curse the day i signed an agreement with them only if i knew, I am so sick and tired of this
