Non excistent back office function upon upgrade

I received an email notifying me I am eligible for an upgrade upon which I opted for the Samsung S4 mini. Deliverred to my door a couple of days later. Subscribed on the package of R389 for 75 anytime minutes, 200 texts, 200MB data inluded and 1G additional data per month for the first 6 month. No problem so far.

I used the phone for aboout three four weeks when I get advanced notification of a R1500 bill racked up. Then got a notification that my service had been suspended as I had went over my credit limit.

I then visitted my local Voda shop and was informed that my upgrade was never loaded on the system and thus my data usage went through the roof.

The very helpful Voda customer representative spent an hour and a half on the phone between Voda call centre and Interactive Technologies call centre being passed from pillar to post not being helped.

I went to my local bank and cancelled my direct debit as you where going to take R1500 not really belonging to you.

You want any money? I want my account sorted out.
