Now I must pay???

I sent 400 sms's out yesterday on my VODACOM phone. This morning I see that my phone has been RICA'd with Cell C. So I try to find out how this happened. I called Vodacom, they where helpful and understanding. I called Cell C on 0847678287 number from my personal Vodacom phone. Now. I was on hold and then pput through to various departments. Lebogang was the call centre assistant. She was calm and trying to calm me down. Now WHY on EARTH should I Pay the R70 the call cost me??? This was not my doing and I didn't request it. I think that Cell C should refund the amount of money it cost me to sort out THEIR mistake! This is ridiculous! And now my work phone is off for 48hours! I should be compensated for the income I've lost due to this mistake!
