I am a former Vodacom customer who ported my number to cell c because the call rates were cheaper, however what I realised is that it was cheaper yet it cost me loosing so much business because of bad reception and call get cut of half way through, every call I make... I called the call centre and I was told I have to log a complaint and they will come back to which I did, after about two weeks I followed up, and I was told they cant help until my 48 working hour were reached, however up until now about a month later no one has contacted me to help, and im loosing business as I use my cell phone number for work purposes
I am now going to port back to Vodacom, even if I have to pay a little bit more for better service
