What are you going to do about the bad reception, i'm getting continuously bad reception when receiving calls and making calls. It's been like this for 8 months or more... i can't stay in touch with people via sms, because even the internet is really really bad... you need to do something about this, i've missed and spoiled so many important calls because of the reception... i can't carry on like this i have fill out some form from your technician, about 5 days ago and yet no feedback... to improve the network could take months or years, i can't wait that long to make a proper phone for a new job, which i missed 2 already due to poor reception, i can't miss another important call from the hospital for my wife's operation.
You guys messed up big time by taking on too many clients, now the network is messed up.

I have been complaining for more than 5 times, i even moved from 1 suburb to another and now it's Worst
Don't call me on my cell because if you do, i have to leave my office and run from the 3rd floor to the ground floor to atleast get reception there. Heres' my cell number and work number 0745402625 and 0214649535
