I changed my service provider to Cell C due to Discovery's Vitality connection last year.
What a mistake. My father also warned me that Cell C has the worst reception possible and that I should really reconsider the move to Cell C.
Whenever I call someone from my office from my cellphone, or from home with my cellphone, they cannot seem to hear me. I have to stand up and walk around or even worst go outside to contact someone. It's always bad service. Always break ups. Every day since I've had my contract with Cell C.
What is the point?
And trust me, I'm not even talking about the data. If it weren't for the fact that we had a great WiFi system at home I wouldn't make use of my phone for the Internet. Even What's app and BBM are ridiculously slow.
As soon as I can I will change my service provider.
I am so annoyed and disappointed with myself for transferring my contract to Cell C.
