When I switched to cell c I was told by the consultant that there was decent reception available in the area I reside.
However after changing to cell c I noticed that I was receiving sms's stating that I had missed calls. This is happening at work as well as in the area I reside. I have emailed cell C customer service and left complaints on their website but they couldn't be bothered to even respond. I am really disappointed and think that I now have no choice but to switch my network again.
