I am logging a complaint regarding the extremely poor cellphone reception I receive from Cell C. I was a Vodacom client for 13 years and decided to make the move to cell c. What a huge mistake!! Since I had my Samsung S4 there have not been a day go by without constantly loosing connection, dropped calls etc. Even in the good signal areas. I have asked everybody I know and they all experience the same problems. Yes we get a "better " deal on data but what good is it if you can't use it. Either this needs to be sorted out or my contract should be cancelled. I am paying for a service that I can barely use. Shame on cell c for advertising fast internet, etc etc and delivery 56k modem line speeds if available.
