Last month I advised my sister to buy a laptop for my niece at Makro Centurion. We bought an HP Compaq laptop for her. The laptop did not last a month an the screen was not working. When I took the laptop back at the shop the manager Jacob told me that we have to wait six weeks for the laptop to be repair. I personally never settle for that simply because my niece needs that laptop as she is doing her first year at Tuks. During the hand over of the laptop both Jacob and I identified that there was no sign or scratches, dents or cracks to show that the laptop fell. Last question he asked me are you will to pay for the damage, my answer was What damage? because you can see the machine is as good as new. Now Jacob is being spiteful because now he is telling me that I have to pay for the laptop repair. Makro Centurion you need to train your managers to act reasonable manner. I'm taking Makro to The National Consumer Commission (NCC). I will not take this bad service and attitude from Jacob.
