I registered for an upgrade on my existing vodacom contract. Was phone by call center, then informed that the phone I wanted was out of stock and the agent confirmed and suggested I take another version of the phone because they have stock. I then changes my request based on this, completed the call all hunkey dory. The agent confirmed because im an existing customer phone will be delivered latest Tuesday of the following week. Then 2 minutes after the call I get sms from vodacom, saying the phone is on back order and further details will follow shortly. Its been 4 days now. No feedback whatsoever. I've phones the call center back to enquire- put ons hold and then suddenly on automated voice to give feedback and call was ended. Im fed up. Rediculous sevice to existing customers.
