BB AND LAPTOP NOT REPAIRED

I booked in my BB two weeks ago (stand in a lovely q), the phoned me the Wednesday (stand in a lovely q) and said it had been repaired! The same day it shut off again and keypad still not working! - DONT THINK THEY DID ANYTHING.

My laptop was also handed in, the technician decided to upgrade the program, this was not what we asked for - we only wanted him to look at the dongle as it would not connect. He has to remove the new programme and replace the previous one, but in order to do so he has to delete ALL the programs on the laptop and WE have to replace windows again.

Handed phone and laptop in a second time on Sunday 27/01 to Management!

Been trying to get through to the land lines since 10:15 - now 11:12 and still no answer!

I need my Phone and Laptop back PLEASE!
