My aunt passed away on the 29th April and I have trying since then to cancel her MTN contract. I have called at least 20 times, and was given the above name to email all the documents too. Apart from an automated email reply, I have had no luck for a month now to close this account. I have had no reply to my phone calls, after leaving all my details and no reply to my emails.
Shocking service I would say. Just try and call me to try and get me to take a contract with MTN!!!
