Worst service I've ever received when cancel

Apparantly ignorance is the way to go these days, until today I have had no feedback for my complaint. I opened my account on 01 October 2010 and because they charged me from R350 every month to R800 - 900 for a deal that was only R350.00 I decided to cancel when my 24 month period was over, I called them and they said sorry I can only cancel end October 2012 so I cancelled my contract for end Oct 2012, but Vodacom doesn't like when people cancel obviously!! End Oct I got an account for R285.19 which was correct and another one for R1011, on my statement they charged me the same amount 3 times plus a R100 for I don't know what and then I got another statement for the amount of R56.08! I won't pay this, I've been handed over now and have to pay another R400 for attorneys for something that's not mine, I've sent numerous emails, they ignore me and don't reply to my emails, I've sent all statements and appl forms to them and the attorney so they can see hopefully a complaint will help!
