On the 11/11/2013 my phone was delivered and on the 13/11/2013 it stopped working. i contacted vodacom callcentre and i was assisted by Bongani who advised that i should take my phone to vodacom shop at Southgate. i asked him if he is sure that at Southgate they will assist me because previously when i had a problem with my phone they advised that not all vodacom branches have technicians and i dint want to be sent back and forth like the last time, he said that at southgate they will assist as he also takes his phone there. i drove all the way from soweto to southgate and they were unable to assist and they refferred me to Vodacom Jabulani which Brenda said they wont be able to assist as i need to take back the phone from were i bought it from which was at vodacom direct. I wasted my time and money, i drove from Soweto to Southgate and back to Soweto again and back to Johannesburg again to work in which i arrived late and did not get any assistance. i am really disappointed in the kind of service i have received with vodacom i have been a loyal client to you guys i have three contracts with you and i have been using your network for years and i dont deserve this kind of service.
