I woke up on Sunday 24/11/2013 with my phone working then in the afternoon it stopped working i couldn make call or receive calls then i put my simcard in another phone and called vodacom and i was told that my phone had been blacklisted as lost wow i have had this phone since last year february and i didn call to have it blacklisted as i still have my phone then when i go to southgate vodashop worst service ever they gave me the wrong information telling me i should call 111 and then after i called 111 im told i must go back to the vodashop then the manager shows me attitude like its my fault that vodacom blacklisted my phone i need you to open my phone up it is unfair that i should run around trying to get my phone opened up while vodacom is the one that made the error, im worried now on the security that vodacom has put in place to protect our information from activities if someone can just blacklist just that simple is appalling
