I went to the Southgate branch to apply for a cell phone contract that came with two phones and everything was approved.
It was the Samsung S3 and another phone. I waited 3 weeks for their delivery and when they are supposed to deliver they tell me that the offer has been cancel and that even management doesn't want to get involved. No one is giving me a reason and they have already deducted R258.65 from my account. I have paid but I have no phones and they tell me the is nothing they can do.
I asked if they can give me another offer and they said NO.
Is this the way Vodacom treats it new client?
I want my money back and a reason why my offer was cancelled or I'm taking this up with the Consumer Protection Board.
I work in client services and will not accept this kind of service from anyone.
You dont make promises you cant deliver to clients.
