Earlier my [60 year old] mother had lost her cellphone, to my surprise i found that getting a sim swap with Vodacom was a pain in the, i went into the vodacom store in southgate shopping mall and to find my self standing there for 35 minutes without being attended to.
I had never had a problem with vodacom, But this service you are giving your clients is a page turner for me and i cant see my self standing and waiting for that kind of service.
What should i do?
