ON THE 15TH OF OCTOBER I CONTACTED VODACOM DEPARTMENT TO INVESTIGATE WHY MY DONGLE ACOUTNT IS OVER R80000. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 14 WORKING DAYS TO COME BACK TO ME. REF NO S3-T3C2E-EMC7C. DURING THIS TIME I HAVE PHONED 2 TIMES TO FIND OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING AND EACH TIME THE CALL CENTRE TOLD ME THAT A MANAGER WILL CAL ME BACK. TO NO AVAIL. IN THE MEANTIME THEY WANT TO CUT OFF MY LINE BECAUSE I AM ARREARS ON MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE HAD FROM SUCH A BIG COMPANY
