I have been experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with my Samsung Galaxy Tab8.9 and decided to take it to a Voda-shop for assessment, this was 10.10.12 and the guy there loaded an antivirus onto the device and sent me on my way, The Tab still had the same issue, I went back to them and was then told to take it to another branch. At the Vincent Park Branch they then did a software upgrade and I was asked to collect, I did so but when I got home the Tablet said insert sim card, I took it back and was told that it now has to be sent to an advanced repair center. This tablet has now been to the advanced repair center twice and I am told they dont find a problem. I have to now take it in for the 3rd time, this has been going on since 10.10.13 to date and all that is happening is that I am being sent from pillar to post. I am at a loss for words with the shocking service and how the device can go through all these so called Quality checks but as soon as I have it back it does not work.
