Charged monthly for a device that i do not own

Iv'e had a cellphone contract with Cell C for the past 2 years, last year November i decided to apply for a 10 " Samsung tablet on a new contract. I was sent a 7"Samsung Galaxy Tablet instead which is not what i asked for. Cell C eventually collected the incorrect tablet and said they would cancel the contract and i wouldn't be charged. 3 months later i realize that they have been charging me for the device that they apparently " canceled ". i have been calling CellC for the past 3weeks, a case was logged and i was told that i would be refunded for the device in 7 days, it is now 7 days later and another debit order has gone off my bank account for the device. I am now being sent from pillar to post and no one is helping me. The call center agents, including the team leaders and managers are clueless and wont stop reminding me of how they can only lodge a case to the billing department. I have wasted over 10 hours on the phone with more than 12 call center agents that have absolutely no power to help. Even when i call the head office a call center agent answers. I WANT MY MONEY AND I WANT IT TODAY! Im tired of paying for a device that i have never used or opened!
