Negligent Device Handling During Repair Assessment

With regard to my previous report on Hello Peter (https:///vodacom/complaints/clearly-bad-manufacturing-not-customer-negligence-1079047) I just want to report that I've received the call same day when I posted original report (11:26 Fri 3 May) but after that nothing has changed and things have even gone worse in meantime. My device was not assessed again and who ever was working on my device previously at "advanced repair center" has broken my LCD completely! It is no wonder to me why I was not called or sms-ed to fetch my device and my device was just laying in the draw. Vodacom what kind of service is this???
I have opened formal complaint with Vodacom customer care today and will be sending device photos to vodacomrepair@... as a proof to how my screen looks like now and if this doesn't resolve to my satisfaction, I will be forced to report Vodacom technicians for negligent device handling during repair assessment by using my rights stated in SA's Consumer Protection Act. Further to this I might even take a legal actions if I have to.
