Afrihost poor feedback/ incompetent staff

Iv been trying to make contacvt with afrihost to set up a meeting as we were interested in moving our company over to them as our ISP. I spent nearly 30mins on hold and finally got through to a sales consultant and when i requested a meeting i was told that i had to email afrihost to arrange it so i wasted all that time. I then sent through an email and never received any form of feedback, i called them again and waited almost 45 mins for a consultant, when i asked the consultant to put me through to the sales manager, she asked why andf i stated that it was due to lack of feedback. she then placed me on hold and never put me through. this kind of service is shocking and appalling.
