Cancellation Fees

I have called MTN on numerous occasions in order to provide me with a cancellation fee on my contract which has currently two more payments remaining and they want me to pay an amount of R1200 odd when my contract amounts outstanding are more than half that and each time i call they give me a different figure!! Completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating!
