Ordered phone with points&came late with a story

On the 15th of October I ordered a blackberry 9320 with my points of 1500 few days later I got a call that I need to register my points and I could not come to the shop as I was busy at work so the guy gave the number to call to do the registration, which I did and was told to go back to the shop to bring proof of residencents&ID.Went to the same guy who was helping me and he checked and noticed that I already registered on the phone so he told me that the phone was on order I left

On the 30th of October went back to the shop to check if the order ha not arrived yet as there was no message received the guy was not on duty another lady checked and noticed there was no order made on my name so she ordered again and told me it will take 3to 4 days to arrive but after a week of waiting went back again the lady was not there I left. On the 13th of November I got an sms that my new device is awaiting for collection

Went to the shop to collect only to be told that I wont be able to get the device the points have changed from 1500 to 2000 even though I choose from the catalogue which was saying 1500.My query is that they took long to get my order till the points have to change.
