Mobile number in question-0810425444.I have an MTN contract which I signed up for in October 2012, Assisted by a consultant named Nhlanhla. The contract I agreed to was for R164 per month after the 18% discount for 24 months. Since August 2013 my invoice have increased to R373 which I am disputing. I spoke to the team leader by the name of Karabo, Who told me I must come listen to the recording. I advised him that I am at work most of the time, He can email it to me. I am waiting even now. I feel MTN is in breach of their contract agreement and they are not willing to resolve my query.
