On the 4th of May 2012 I received a phone call from telkom adsl department. the information given by the rep has been given incorrectly and now i'm struggling with invoicing for cancellation fee of a contract that the Desiree lady told me was at no costs to me. when we spoke she said i would be saving on my current account amounts.
My telephone account has been suspended for the outstanding amount of 1243.80 which is cancellation fee for the contract. (Which was stated on false information) The usage for January has been paid and i NEED THIS LINE ACTIVATED TODAY!!!
Once i've received the voice recording of May 4th 2012 and listened to the discussion we had on the day we can dispute the cancellation fee.
It's the 2nd year in a row i have problems with Telkom and its unacceptable if you want to deliver good services to clients
