PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I applied for a contract last week Thursday and was approved, was told that id receive my phone within 2-5 working days and havent heard anything since, i contacted the CC yesterday and one of the ladies told me my app is still pending and transfered me to Nombulelo who in turn was busy on a call and told me to email my request and she will respond, i emailed her twice around 9am and 11am and she never respoinded i tried calling her twice and she was never available, the things is that they have my banking details and i still dont even know if im getting a phone, Im utterly dissapointed in your service and wonder what the service will be like if i had to send my fone for repairs, etc... You clearly have no concern for customers!!! this morning when i called she wasnt in yet and i asked if anyone else could help me, they placed me on hold for sales for 10min then dropped the call in my ear, utterly dissapointed
