Can anyone please assist, I've been dealing with NombuleloR on my claim, yesterday I mailed her the accident photos but she didn't respond. Today I tried calling her many times but your phones 0860 646464 after the voice prompts it just play music and eventually, I even selected an option where I go via new sales to claim dept spoke to some guy there and he told me to hold for claim dept put me in hold until the system hang my line up. I then emailed Nombulelo who in turn didn't respond to my messages this was at 11am today I even CC [Email Removed] can someone assist me with my claim.
