DONT SELL GOODS THAT YOU CANT PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR!

I TOOK OUT A CONTRACT IN MARCH OF BLACKBERRY 9310, THE MIDDLE BUTTON STOPPED WORKING 3 WEEKS AFTER RECEIVING THE FONE, HAVENT HAD A TIME TO TAKE IN AS I TRAVEL ALOT IM USING ANOTHER FONE HOWEVER THE BATTERY DIED TOO... TOOK THE FONE IN AT CUSTOMER REPAIR WAS TOLD IT WILL TAKE 3-4 DAYS TO SORT OUT. TIME PASSED AND EVENTUALLY THEY CALLED ME ON THE 6TH TELLING ME THAT THEY CANT FIX THE PHONE BECAUSE OF LIQUIDATION, REALLY? YOU LITERALLY SOLD ME A MESSED UP FONE AND YOUR STAFF HAVE THE NERVE TO AND TELL ME THAT, WOULD I REALLY BE THAT STUPID? YOUR STAFF CANT FIX IT AND I HAVE TO PAY 1800 FOR ANOTHER WHEN IM IN CONTRACT LESS THAN 12 MONTHS OLD... YOU SOLD ME DAMAGED GOODS AND YOU CANT EVEN REPAIR. THIS IS A DAYLIGHT... AND I WILL TAKE IT FURTHER IF I HAVE TO, LIQUIDATION IM POSITIVE AND 110% SURE THAT THE FONE HASNT AND WAS NOT EXPOSED TO WATER. PLEASE DO YOUR JOB AS I PAY ALOT OF MONEY FOR THE SERVICE I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING FOR THE PAST 5YRS I HAVE BEEN WITH YOU. I NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM VODACOM... UTTERLY DISSAPOINTED AND VERY ANGRY.
